Hello Sunday Scribblers!

I hope everyone is doing well with their writing – I’ll be on and off today, so do check in if you’re writing, or with word counts when you finish to keep us all accountable!

I’m to ecstatic to having finally finished my SQA marking and be able to turn my mind back to writing! I wrote loads of notes on my next 2 books while I wasn’t ‘writing’ those books so got loads of ideas to improve what’s already there and to finish those stories! Can’t wait to get going again!

Is anyone else having a problem loading the MG chat videos? It’s saying there’s a problem with privacy settings. I can see all the YA chat videos, and everything else, it just seems to be the MG ones.

I managed a half page before a client dropped a bomb on my day. >sigh< If anyone’s still writing, could they scoop up any of the words I missed? Thanks!

No newsletter tomorrow, folks, due to a few personal reasons. Should be back again on Monday 19th.

This week I’m celebrating:

• Going to my first ever in-person writing event last Sunday

• Developing a lovely new Picture Book idea, which I started during Sunday’s event and have continued to work on during the week

• Getting a brand new MG novel idea while out walking on Monday.

• And..some lovely family news.

It’s been a good week.
