Hi Meredith – we had a glitch on the site last night, so we did have to rewind the clock on it and it did mean some people lost their activity for yesterday.
I’m not sure why it’s insisting on FB as I have that field as optional. Will look into it.

Not just you, as I thought mine was ok, but it’s changed me from Author to Customer and when I try and change it back it logs me out saying ‘429 too many requests’. As an aside, I can’t see how to join groups or where to ask questions, eg I’m wondering about how to expand the profile description (as you can on Twitter/X/Bluesky), and also…

Hello everyone! A few of you have logged in today and have lost a few of your connections etc from yesterday – I do apologise, there was a slight glitch with something on the website which I had to reset, so that is why. You can hopefully refollow those from yesterday and I really apologise for this.

OK, did I do something wrong?? I’ve logged on and found that everyone I followed or connected with yesterday, I am no longer following or connecting… 😱😱 And no one is following me now, despite several people following me yesterday! HELP! @obi-wan-kenobi
